Happy 1st Birthday, Tate!!!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Maya's school had a Mother's Day program today- they sang songs and then we had a picnic lunch afterwards! It was a great morning with my two little sweeties! Maya also gave me a bag full of special gifts she has been working on at school! I am so lucky to be a mother!!!

I also included a picture of some art work Maya and Tate sent to their grandmothers!!

St. Patrick's Day

Maya's preschool held their annual parade today- Maya had a blast waving to the crowd and shaking her rattle that she made! They even made the news!! Here's the link-- http://www.wtoc.com/global/story.asp?s=12152477

Pulse Art Festival at Telfair

These are some pictures from the Telfair Museum of Art- we went to the Pulse Art festival there and Maya had a great time being a little artist and seeing all the exhibits (Tate slept through most of that)! They both enjoyed seeing The Wiitles perform- they use Wii remotes as instruments and our friend Ryan is in the band!

Splish, Splash!

Maya and Tate love to play in the bath together now- it does make bath time interesting!! It definitely takes two to supervise- Tate is still a little unsteady in the slippery tub! Here is a video link of the action!

February already? Tate 8 months & Maya almost 2 1/2

This and That!

January has been cold so that means lots of time in the house coloring and painting and sometimes coloring with marker on the counter while mommy is changing Tate's diaper! :)
We have had lots of firsts in the new year- Tate is sitting up, crawling, and he has cut his bottom two teeth! We can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings!
Hopefully, I will be better about posting now that we are back to a "regular" schedule!
